Go to the SEI WEB page,
www.seipower.com
. Click on the “Power over Ethernet”
link, then click on “Firmware Download”. This will down load a ZIP file containing
the most recent System Controller Firmware, JBSysCntlVx.x.hex.. Save the ZIP file to
a temp directory and extract the hex file.

Click on “Start”, highlight “Programs”, then click on “Juice Box System Controller
Firmware Update”. When the program starts it will search for the Juice Box and if
found will display “JuiceBox Detected” in the status window.

If the Juice Box is not detected check the RS232 connection.

Click on the “Load Hex File” icon in the tool bar and select the file you downloaded in
step 7. When the file is loaded “HEX file imported” will be seen in the status display.

Click on the “Reprogram Device” icon in the tool bar.

When reprogramming is finished the Juice Box will restart,

Exit the program.
