Heat with Keep Warm Function

Heats the water to one of 8 pre-set temperatures and maintains the temperature for up to 30 

minutes.

With the kettle in standby mode:
1. Press TEMPERATURE SELECTION to display last selected temperature then continue

pressing until you reach the desired temperature.

2. Press KEEP WARM and then press START to begin the heating process. The START 

button will change from blue to red.

3. When the water reaches the selected temperature, the kettle will beep 1 time and the 

KEEP WARM function will activate with the button fl ashing blue.

4. The kettle will automatically switch to Standby Mode and the START button illuminate blue 

when either 30 minutes has passed or the kettle is removed from and returned to its base. 

5. To restart the Keep Warm function when in Standby Mode, press KEEP WARM and then 

press START. The Keep Warm function will start another 30-minute cycle.

If needed, press START/CANCEL once at any time to cancel the KEEP WARM function.

 

For safety reasons, if 212°F (boil) is the set temperature, once the water boils the kettle 

 

will enter the KEEP WARM function and maintain the water at 200°F.

If you select a water temperature that is lower than the current water temperature, the 

 

unit will immediately beep once and enter KEEP WARM mode.
For safety reasons, the KEEP WARM function shutoffs automatically when the kettle is 

 

removed from the base. To reactivate the Keep Warm once the kettle is returned to its 

base, press KEEP WARM and then press START.

Quick Boil with Keep Warm Function (for purifying tap water)

Brings the water to a boil and then maintains it at 200°F for up to 30 minutes. For safety 

reasons, the kettle will not attempt to keep the water at 212°F (boil) during the 30-minute 

KEEP WARM time.
With the kettle in standby mode:
1. Press QUICK BOIL.
2. Press KEEP WARM and the button will illuminate blue.
3. Press START to begin the process. The START button will change from blue to red.
4. Once the water boils, the kettle will beep once and the KEEP WARM function will activate 

with the button fl ashing blue. The KEEP WARM button will continue to fl ash until the water 

has dropped below 200°F and then will remain illuminated while in KEEP WARM mode. 

5. The kettle will automatically switch to Standby Mode and the START button illuminate blue 

when either 30 minutes has passed or the kettle is removed from and returned to its base. 

6. To restart the Keep Warm function when in Standby Mode, press KEEP WARM and then 

press START. The Keep Warm function will start another 30-minute cycle.
•  If needed, press START/CANCEL once at any time to cancel the process.
