2.  introduction

Barrel style charcoal barbecue, powder coated with enamel finished cooking grill and wire warming shelf. Adjustable charcoal grid height and 

vents top and bottom, allow added control over cooking heat on food. Wire shelf for storage and wheels for easy mobility.

4.  aSSeMbly

4.1.    

refer to attached Parts diagram.

 

  When starting to assemble, remove all of the parts from the packaging and check if anything is missing against the parts list.

4.1.1.   

Push left front leg (19) into right front leg (16) and push left rear leg (17) into right rear leg (13).

4.1.2.   

fit bottom shelf (18) by hooking corners into holes in bottom of the four legs.

4.1.3. 

 

Push axle through holes in bottom of right hand legs, fit wheels (14) onto axle and secure with black plastic end caps.

4.1.4.  

fit the two reinforcement pieces (12) by screwing them onto the top of the legs (one at each end).

4.1.5.  

fit the tub (9) using four screws from inside the tub, into the legs.

4.1.6.  

fit the lid (2) screw into each end of the tub.

4.1.7.  

fit the four ventilation covers (3).

4.1.8.  

fit the handle (20) to the tub.

4.1.9.  

fit the upper grid rack by pushing each end through the lid (push the plastic end cap over each one to hold it in place.) screw the 

 

  bottom legs of the rack through the edge of the tub.

4.1.10.  fit the front shelf screw from inside the tub. fit the two shelf supports (11).

4.1.11.  f

ix the grill (7) to the charcoal ashtray. Hook the grill under the long edges of the ashtray. Hook grill adjustment handles (6) through  

 

the grill (7) to raise and lower the charcoal by hooking them onto the ends of the tub.
