5.4.3 Removing of drive gear

• Lay the machine on the LH side or use a jack to lift it.
• Disconnect the drive gear and break plug according to the
chapter REMOVING OF POWER ELECTRONICS (refer to „Electrical“
section).
• Remove the three screws (04/107) for the traction wheel (04/
130).
• Remove traction wheel.
• Remove the cable ties of the cables from the break and drive
gear.
• Thread out the cable.
• Remove the four screws (04/105) for drive gear.
• Remove the drive gear.
Remarks
To get better access to the drive gear fixation screws, you can
dismount the step board.
Before laying the machine on the side remove the brush unit, so it
does not get damaged.
