Safety concept

6.8.1

Concept

•

The machine contains two safety loops.

•

Emergency loop.

•

SAFETY_OK signal loop.

Remarks

The concept is based on a one failure safety.



This means that any failure that could put the machine in an

undefined condition, will stop the machine and display SAFE on the

dashboard.

6.8.2

Electromechanical disconnection (Relay 04/137)

•

Due to the electromechanical disconnection the batteries will be

disconnected from the electronics as soon as the emergency

loop is interrupted.

•

This action ensures that:

•

Unintended acceleration of the machine during „stand-by“

can not happen.
