Warranty C ertifi c ate
S ea c Diving P ro s . r . l guarantee s the c orre c t operation of thi s produ c t a s de s c ribed in thi s do c ument .
The warranty ha s a duration of 2 (two) year s in a cc ordan c e with c urrent European regulation s .
The w arranty herein c ontained may be exer c i s ed only on the c ondition and within the limit s
hereinafter s pe c ified :
1 . The w arranty ha s a duration of 2 (t w o) year s s tarting from the time the produ c t i s bought at
a S ea c Diving P ro authorized dealer and doe s not need any previou s or s ub s equent formal
validation .
2 . The w arranty i s a c kno wledged only to the fir s t buyer of the produ c t at a S ea c Diving P ro au-
thorized dealer . A s it i s s tri c tly per s onal , it c annot be tran s ferred to third partie s unle ss prior
authorization by S ea c Diving P ro i s obtained .
3 . The w arranty c over s all and only the malfun c tioning due to :
! I nherent vi c e re s ulting from material s deemed to be un s uitable
! A pparent error s in de s ign , manufa c turing or a ss embly of the produ c t or part s of it
! Wrong or inadequate in s tru c tion s and re c ommendation s for u s e .
4 . The w arranty terminate s automati c ally , and with immediate effe c t , follo wing the o cc urren c e
of repair s , modifi c ation s , tran s formation s , adju s tment s or tampering in general , c arried out
on the fini s hed produ c t or part s of it , w hi c h w ere not previou s ly authorized by S ea c Diving
P ro and w ere c arried out by non-authorized per s onnel .
5 . The w arranty entitle s to intervention and free repair in the s horte s t po ss ible time , or to c om-
plete free repla c ement of the produ c t (at S ea c Diving P ro ab s olute di s c retion) or part s of it
w henever the malfun c tioning s pe c ifi c ally mentioned at item 3 above i s a c kno wledged by
S ea c Diving P ro .
6 . The w arranty c an be exer c i s ed by forw arding the produ c t deemed to be defe c tive to S ea c
Diving P ro through the S ea c Diving P ro authorized dealer w here the produ c t w a s bought . I f
thi s i s fea s ibly impo ss ible , after prior authorization , any other S ea c Diving P ro dealer may be
authorized to s end the defe c tive produ c t . A ne c e ss ary c ondition to exer c i s e the w arranty i s
that the produ c t i s a cc ompanied by a c opy of the re c eipt or invoi c e (or other proof of re c eipt
s pe c ifying the name of the S ea c Diving P ro authorized dealer w here the produ c t w a s bought
a s w ell a s the date of pur c ha s e of the s ame) c ertifying the pur c ha s e .
W henever S ea c Diving P ro re c eive s a produ c t w hi c h :
! i s not a cc ompanied by proof of pur c ha s e having the above mentioned c hara c teri s ti c s
! i s in s u c h c ondition a s to determine the termination of the w arranty in a cc ordan c e with the
provi s ion s of item 4 above
! ha s defe c t s re s ulting from external and additional c au s e s a s c ompared to the one s s pe c ifi-
c ally mentioned at item 3 above
! ha s been improperly u s ed and / or for different u s e s from the one for w hi c h the produ c t ha s
been de s igned
S ea c Diving P ro will not c arry out any inve s tigation s on the produ c t , and will advi s e the
s ender / authorized dealer . I f the s ender w ant s the inve s tigation to be c arried out in any c a s e , the
s ender will forw ard a reque s t to S ea c Diving P ro within the s ub s equent fifteen w orking day s ; in
thi s reque s t he / s he s hall expre ss ly s tate he / s he i s willing to bear all the c o s t s relevant to s u c h in-
ve s tigation (labor , s pare part s , if any , forw arding c harge s ) . F ailing thi s , S ea c Diving P ro will re-
turn the produ c t at the expen s e and c are of the c on s ignee .
