Troubleshooting
Problem: The SEABEAR H3 does not switch on
Charge the SEABEAR H3 for at least 2h. If the SEABEAR H3 is completely discharged, it
loses all decompression information and is reset to default settings. It should restart shortly
after the charging has started.
Problem: The SEABEAR H3 is connected to a USB charger but does not charge
Check the cable and the connector pins for corrosion and dirt. Clean if possible.
Problem: The SEABEAR H3 is outside the water, but it is in dive mode and the displayed
depth is greater than 0.5m.
This can happen when the SEABEAR H3 was exposed to a sudden drop of atmospheric
pressure. In this case it is necessary to reset the SEABEAR H3. Simply attach the USB
cable to the SEABEAR H3 and plug it in a charger. The SEABEAR H3 will be reset after a
few seconds. All decompression information and user settings are lost after a reset.
