Displaying Turret Details/Changing the Name
You can view the details of the turret's type, number and
directory name on the display. You can also edit the name.
To display the turret's details:
1. Press
PROGRAM
and then press
SPEAKER
.
2. Enter the turret's passcode
(see page 32)
.
3. The display shows the turret's type, number and on the
bottom line the turret's directory name.
4. Press
PROGRAM
to return to normal use.
To change the turret's directory name:
1. Follow the steps above to display the turret's details.
2. Press
EDIT
.
3. To add a letter or number, press the key on which the
character is marked. Then use
ROTATE
to cycle
through the key's characters.
4. To add a space, press the -key to the right of the
bottom line. Use
ROTATE
to change the space to
.

or .
5. To delete the last character, press the -key to the left of
the bottom line.
6. When completed, press
DONE
.
7. Press
REFORMAT
to select all or leading capitals.
8. Press
DONE
to finish and then press
PROGRAM
.
Language Controls
The system allows you to select which language to use for
the turret's display.
To change the turret's display language:
1. Press
PROGRAM
and then
SCROLL
twice.
2. Press
LANGUAGE
.
3. Press
CHANGE
to select the language required or your
system's
DEFAULT
language. Press
DONE
.
Groups
A group's type sets the order in which the system rings
group members when a call arrives
(see the glossary for
details)
. Normally for ACD the group type used is 'longest
waiting'. This presents new calls to the agent who has been
free (not on a call) for the longest. The system rings the
turret for the time set by its ringer timeout before trying the
next available agent
