Installation Guide
Installing the ScreenBeam Touch Software
After connecting the laptop and the Receiver, install the ScreenBeam
Touch Software on the laptop. To do this:
1.
On the laptop, go to
https://actiontec.zendesk.com
From the website, select
ScreenBeam Touch90
, and from the
Software
section, download the software.
2.
Once the software is downloaded on the laptop, locate and dou-
ble-click on the
ScreenBeamTouch.exe
file.
3.
Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
Calibration
To calibrate the Whiteboard:
1.
Tap the
Calibration
icon on the Whiteboard. A crosshair appears in
the upper left corner of the Whiteboard.

Connect to the ScreenBeam Receiver
a. Connect the whiteboard to the Receiver with the given USB cable.
b. Connect the Receiver to a projector with the given HDMI cable or VGA
cable (not included).
Note: Short throw projector is recommended.
c. Connect the Receiver to power source with given power adapter.
d. Switch the input source of the projector until the “Ready to Connect”
screen appears.

Note:
The default PIN is “12345670”.

Install the software
a. Double click “ScreenBeamTouch.exe” in the given CD.
b. Follow the instructions of all steps and complete the
installation.

Calibrate
a. Make sure your laptop/tablet has connected to the ScreenBeam Receiver,
and the projector projects the screen onto the whiteboard.
b. Tap the printed “Calibration” icon on the top-left corner of the whiteboard.
c. A crosshair appear on the top-left corner of the screen. Touch the center of
crosshair and hold for few seconds until it disappears.
d. Repeat for all crosshairs of other corners.

a. Double click the ScreenBeam Touch icon on desktop.

Touch the center of the crosshair with a finger or other pointing
device for a few seconds. Make sure your finger or device is
perpendicular to the surface of the Whiteboard.
3.
The crosshair disappears. Another crosshair appears in the upper
right corner of the Whiteboard. Repeat step 2.
4.
The crosshair disappears. Another crosshair appears in the lower
right corner of the Whiteboard. Repeat step 2.
5.
The crosshair disappears. Another crosshair appears in the lower left
corner of the Whiteboard. Repeat step 2.
