6.4.22. READER_GETPNPPARAMS
This escape command is used to retrieve the VID, PID, serial number and PNP string.
The input buffer contains the escape command code

B2-B3 PID(2 Bytes)
B4-B17 Serial Number(14 Bytes)
B18 PNP String length (up to 127 bytes)
B19 - Bx PNP String (up to 127 bytes)

This escape command is used to retrieve the slot information.
