The remote doesn’t seem to be working.
•
Check that the batteries were inserted in the right direction and that they are
fresh.
•
Make sure you are pointing the remote directly at the front of the TV Photo
Show unit, not at the TV, and that there is nothing blocking the path.

Move a little closer to TV Photo Show. You need to be within 16 feet (5 meters)
or so.
Photos are loading very slowly.
•
Your photos may be of a higher resolution than necessary. Since the photos will
be shown on TV, TV Photo Show only requires VGA-level resolution of 640 x 480.
Try setting your digital camera to a lower resolution mode when snapping
photos to use with TV Photo Show.
The zoom out feature doesn’t work.
•
Make sure you zoom in first, then you can zoom out.
