STEP 2 - Hang the cone bottom tanks 

The 200L vessel will have been provided with the correct mounting bolts installed from the 
supplier. Use these bolts with spring washers to mount this vessel in the frame. Care should 
be taken not to over tighten these bolts, spring washers should be compressed. 

The 60L vessel will need the SCINTEX provided bolts with spacers installed to mount 
correctly. Discard the bolts provided with the vessel as these will not be the correct length, 
the spring washers should be retained and reused. See image 3. 

Once vessels have been hung all frame bolts can be tightened to compress spring washer.

STEP 3 - Fit Valve Plate & Pump Timer 

The vale plate and electrical box cross member are an integral part of the kit and assist in 
providing stiffness to the frame design. All holes have been predrilled in the frame to mount 
the valve plate and pump timer.   

The pump timer should be mounted to the cross support brace, again all holes have been 
predrilled.    See Images 4 & 5.
