The alarm works whether the thermostat is On or Off.
Warnings
The CEO features advanced indication capabilities, and will notify you of your HVAC
system condition. It is by no mean a replacement for your alarm systems of your house
and business facilities.
In addition please note that the Alarm outputs and indications of the CEO are disabled
when the thermostat is turned "Off" or during power shut downs.
