11.0  Disposal  

Do not dispose of this device with normal household waste ! 

To ensure environmentally friendly disposal of the therapy couch, optional assemblies and spare parts at the end of their 
service life or after decommissioning, please contact the Schupp service department. We will be happy to help you with 

the disposal of your therapy couch. 
If you are disposing of the couch yourself, the following information is important for you: 

 

Couch frame , is made of lacquered steel 

 

Upholstery parts, consist of a wooden board (MDF), composite foam, PU foam, imitation leather covering 

 

Drive, consists of electric motor, hydraulic cylinder, gas springs 

The resulting waste must be recycled or disposed of in a manner that is safe for people and the environment

(*). 

Please 

inform yourself in principle about the regulations applicable in your country or also about the local regulations for the 
disposal of old devices and accessories.

Watch out for physical hazards such as sharp edges during disassembly / disposal.
