CAUTION
Damage due to radial load!
A radial load on the tool will result in a premature failure of the
product.

Product was completely assembled.
1. Adjust the robot control system so that the product
approaches the workpiece surface slowly and vertically. If
necessary, the compliance pressure should be lowered for the
moment of contact with the workpiece in order to protect the
workpiece. The motor may only be supplied with air at the
moment of touchdown or shortly after.
2. Adjust feed rate.
3. Plan the robot path so that 50% of the compensation function
of the product is used at the theoretical workpiece surface.
This allows the product to use its flexibility to machine areas
evenly despite different initial geometries without losing
contact with the workpiece. If this is not possible, several
rounds of machining may be necessary.
