Check also the water inlet filter periodically and perform cleaning, if necessary. (Figure 8.8)
Before using the pressure washer, make sure there aren’t people or pets in the workplace.
Always when using an electrical product, certain basic safety precautions must be followed in order to reduce risks of fire,
electric shock and injury.
Make sure the pressure washer is off and unplugged from the power outlet before starting the following procedures of
preparation for use.
To ensure quality service, using the retractable reel with hole Hidrolav.

PROPER CONNECTION TO THE DRINKING WATER NETWORK
Comply with the requirements of the local water provider. According to the Rule DIN 1988, the device must be
only connected to the network supply of drinking water if the retention valve, to prevent water reverse flow with
drainage resource, is installed in the water inlet hose. Set the quick hitch in the water supply hose (quick hitch
not provided).
Fit the quick hitch of the hose in the machine terminal and connect in the water supply.
LENGTH AND QUALITY OF THE WATER SUPPLY HOSE
The device can be directly connected to the pipes supplying drinking water only if the supply hose was provided
with a retention valve to prevent water reverse flow according to the current legislation. Make sure the hose has
at least Ø13mm and it is strengthened, with a maximum length of 30 meters. Schulz recommends the installation
of the Retractable Reel Line with a 10-meter, 20- meter or 30-meter hose.
