Problems

 

Warning

Improper repairs can result in severe accidents, damages and operation 
 malfunctions!

Do not make any changes, manipulations or attempt repairs using tools such as screw-
drivers, etc. 

ERROR MESSAGES ON THE DISPLAY 

Child lock active

Hold the bar in the upper right (is not lit!) and at the same 
time press the desired button.

Door open

Press the door until you hear the lock snap shu

t.

Press the start button to start the programme.
The door cannot be locked despite another attempt.

Check whether a piece of laundry is stuck in the door .

Press the start button after you correct the malfunction .

Check water inlet

Open the water tap, and press the start button.
Filter in water supply is blocked.
