23. Drill a 5/16" hole at the location shown in
Figures
17 & 18
. Install the bungee cord guide
(Item 9)
onto the hood cowl using hardware:
(1) 1/4" x 2.50 bolt
(Item 31)
(1) 1/4" flanged nut
