HYDRO TRANSAXLE DRIVE BELT
1. Remove cutterdeck belt (see cutterdeck belt
replacement).
2. Disconnect wire

at clutch
M
. Remove bolts
J
and remove torque restraint.
3. Using a ratchet with a 9/16" socket, place over
nut at location
P
. Use the ratchet to rotate it
enough to remove the transaxle drive belt.
4. Install a new transaxle drive belt by performing
these steps in reverse order.
5. Inspect the fans. Replace if worn or damaged.
Torque transaxle pulley nut to 28.3-41.6 ft-lbs
(38-56 Nm).
6. Reinstall cutterdeck belt (see cutterdeck belt
replacement).
BELT REPLACEMENT
SEAT
1. The seat is adjustable. From the operator's posi-
tion, push the seat lever

toward the left and
slide the seat forward or backward to the desired
location.
2. Have the seat in the rear most position prior to
tilting.
