Moulding spindle adjustment

!! Caution!
The moulding spindle should only be adjusted
when the motor is switched off and the moulding
tool is at a standstill!
Spindle height adjustment: 95mm
-
The handwheel (1) is used to adjust the height.

Disengage the spindle brake at the clamping
handle (2) and adjust the height using the
handwheel.

One scale mark on the scale plate corresponds to
0.1mm. One turn of the handwheel corresponds
to 2mm.

When the tool height has been successfully
adjusted, firmly tighten the clamping handle.
Always perform a test moulding and
remeasure the workpiece!

The machine door on the front side must be
closed as per the regulations for the machine to
be operated.

Connect the main cable

Turn the direction switch to “left or right”.

Switch on the motor switch using the green button
of the operating switch.

To switch the machine off normally, use the red
button of the operating switch.

The “emergency stop” can be used to stop the
machine in an emergency.
