16. Troubleshooting
The following table shows fault symptoms and describes remedial measures in the event of your product failing to
work properly. If you cannot localise and rectify the problem with this, please contact your service workshop.
Fault Possible cause Remedy
Product does not start.
Battery empty Charge the rechargeable battery.
Rechargeable battery is too hot/
cold
Allow the rechargeable battery to cool down/
heat up.
Product has another electrical fault
Contact an authorised service centre for
repair.
Limited or no suction
capacity.
Suction attachment blocked Relieve the blockage.
Dirty water tank not fitted correctly Fit the dirty water tank correctly.
The product switches
