Attach warning label
Attach the warning about the risk of entrapment in a permanently prominent, clean place. For example,
near the permanently installed buttons used to open and close the garage door opener.
The opener is equipped with a manual release cord to disengage the shuttle and enable moving the
door by hand while holding the handle down. Pull on the handle to disengage the shuttle. To re-engage
the door simply run opener in automatic mode or move door by hand until the trolley engages to the belt/
chain shuttle.
In situations that a pedestrian door is not installed or available (2nd entrance to garage), it is
recommended that an external disengagement device should be fitted (not supplied)
.
