ADVANTAGES OF PRESSURE COOKER

Multifunctional programs, such as cooking, pressure cooking, stewing and baking.

  Automatic process control.

  Cooking start delay timer.

High heat efficiency allows saving 60% of power and 70% of time.

Leak proof design makes it possible to preserve nutritive substances and taste, and to make food softer.

Easy-to-clean cooker pot with double layer non-stick coating and durable stainless steel housing.

  Reliable protecting devices:

- Protecting device for lid opening/closing.

- Pressure control device. When pressure inside the cooker exceeds permissible value, the steam is released

and the pressure returns to normal value. In case if pressure inside the cooker becomes too large, the lid will not

open.

- Protective temperature switch. This switch stops heating the cooker to the working temperature if the inner pot

is empty or not inserted.

- Overheat protection device. It automatically cuts off power when the internal temperature exceeds the limit.

END OF OPERATION

After the cooking process is finished, the steam will be released automatically, within the time of 5 to 7 minutes

the pressure regulator will move to OPEN position, and the pressure regulating valve will drain the steam. Only

when the steam is released in full and pressure regulator pointer is in the OPEN position, the lid can be opened.

Never open the lid before this!

WARNING! Be extremely careful when the steam is released. To prevent scalds keep your hands and face away

from the steam jet.

If it is needed to quickly release the steam you may force the pressure regulator to the OPEN position.

WARNING! In this case be extremely careful and rotate the regulator only using pot holder, as the steam will

pass not only through the valve, but also through the pressure regulator.

IMPORTANT WARNINGS

When cooking liquid meals such as soup, blow off steam only after the cooker has cooled and the valve has

dropped. In order to cool the cooker faster, put the towel soaked in water on the lid.

Always keep away hands or face from the steam outlet during release of the pressure.

Do not touch the lid during cooking.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Clean the appliance regularly and remove all food debris from its surface.

Prior to cleaning switch the pressure cooker off and let wait until it is cooled.

Clean the control panel, external and internal surfaces of the cooker with damp cloth soaked in detergent, and

then wipe dry. Do not wash the body and do not spray water on it.

Wash the pot in warm water and cleaning agent, and wipe it dry. It is recommended to wash the pot immediately

after cooking.

Remove the condensation collector, wash it thoroughly, wipe with damp cloth and replace.

Remove the sealing pad assembled with sealing ring from the lid and wash them thoroughly. (See Fig. 1).

Wash the internal surface of the lid, pressure regulator and pressure control valve thoroughly, and wipe them dry

with soft cloth.

Replace the sealing pad assembled with sealing ring to the lid.

WARNING! Do not wash the detachable parts of pressure cooker in dish washer.

STORAGE

Make sure that the appliance is disconnected from power source and has cooled down. Perform all actions

described in "CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE" section. Store the pressure cooker with the lid partly closed in a

dry clean place.
