5.  OPERATION 

 
Up to this point if there is anything you do not understand or do not proceed to the next 
pages ask to us or your dealer about any point you did not understand. 
 
It is a responsibility to use this machine as it directly affects your health and safety if you 
misuse or abuse the machine aware or not. 
 
If alt is okay you can proceed to the following pages and operate the machine safely. 

5.1 SHEET BENDING POSITION. 

 
The sheet bending operation consists of three parts. 

  Pre-bending. 

  Changing the sheet and bending the end of the sheet. 

  Bending and roll bending. 

 
Pre-bending Operation 

  3th roll must be at down position. 

  1st roll should be used eccentric bar; it must be at the position below.  

  Sheet must be replaced on the down rolls as shown in the figure.  

  Bending roll must be at up position.
