Cleaning the appliance
To ensure better hygiene and safe storage of foods, it is advisable
to clean and disinfect the product regularly.
- Drain the appliance and place the contents in thermal bags
or newspapers, and then place them in a cool place.
- Clean the product inside and out with baking soda dissolved
in water (1 tablespoon to 4 litres of water).
- Do not use alcohol, scouring powder or detergents, as these
can damage the surfaces.
- Do not use steam pressure cleaners.
The fire-hot steam can damage the surfaces and the electri-

- Rinse with clean water and dry with a cloth.
- Remember to clean the condenser at the back of the product
from time to time. Use a dry brush, or preferably a vacuum

necessary, as directed in the section “Setting the tempera-
ture”.
- Wait three quarters of an hour before putting food back into
the appliance.
Changing the bulb (depending on the model)
Pull the plug out of the socket.
Change the bulb as follows:
- Remove the protective grille using a pointed tool (a screw-
driver or a knife) by loosening it at the pin.
- The bulb can be seen. Remove the bulb and replace it with
a new one. Then put the protective grille back by repeating
the same procedure in reverse order.

circulating inside the product may create a low background noise.
