5.3 Suction difficulties
When suction difficulties appear then open the oil cap to stabilise a possible low pressure in the oil tank
(7). The same solution can be applied with possible difficulties in retraction movement. In this case, the
cap must be opened once the ram is correctly separated from the body. Fix the plug when the ram
recuperates the final position. If not then too much air will remain in the oil tank.
5.4 Oil quantity
If the oil quantity is not correct then the maximum pressure will be overridden and this will cause
damages when forcing the retraction of the ram.
5.5 Flexible hose
The flexible hose is not included with the pump.
If the hose is replaced then it must be filled with oil once the pump is already connected. Keep the
pump in a horizontal position at one meter below the connector head. Press the decompression valve
and simultaneously operate to eject the residual air allowing the hose filled with oil. When the oil
exceeds from the hose then the operation will be discontinuously and the oil level must be checked. If
necessary add oil by following 4.2.
6. GENERAL GUIDELINES
Only qualified technicians are allowed for maintenance and reparations tasks.
Using not recommended oil and tool servicing by unqualified personnel will void the warranty.
A correctly connection of the hose connector ensures a correct operation of the pump.

9. GUARANTEE
The P703F is guaranteed free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the
date of purchase. Any defect that show up within one year will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
As long as the tool was correctly used following the SBI’s instructions.
After one year the units will be repaired in the factory and billed to the customer.
Together with the unit for repair, a repair order and a short description of the failure is required.
AII P703F pump re-constructed in the factory carry a new guarantee of six (6) months as from the date
of leaving the factory
