Troubleshooting

3 Troubleshooting

When an error message appears on the display, there 
is error in the printer. Check the error number shown 
on the display.
Causes and countermeasures depend on the error 
number and warning message. To release error status, 
check the type of error and warning message.

Contact customer service.

Normally in energy saving mode, the Status LED 

flashes in green with long intervals.

When an error occurs and the printer changes in 

energy saving mode, the status LED flashes in red with 

long intervals.
