Installation
– Place the Biowelder
®
TC on a flat, stable surface
– Connect the power cord into the device socket and to
the according mains supply
– Release emergency off and switch Biowelder
®
TC on
Initialization
– Remove everything from the welding area
– Close cover to start the initialisation process
Weld
– Choose the right tube type (use minimum 45cm each tube)
– Insert tube holders
– Insert both tubes
– Insert a new blade
– Close cover
– Make sure that during the entire welding process there is no tension
and no pressure on the tube, as well as free rotation on the left side
– Press start button to start the run
After the weld is complete:
– Remove the blade with the blade removing tool
– Remove both tubes
– Check welding visually before proceeding
