OPERATION - GENERAL
The deep fryer is only intended for domestic use,
not for professional use.

OPERATION - USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
1.
Press the lid release lever to open the lid. The
lid will automatically open to the vertical
position.
2.
Lift the frying basket’s handle to the
horizontal position so that it locks into place
(see Figure 2). Remove the frying basket from
the bowl.
3.
Clean the interior and exterior of the housing,
the lid and the frying bowl, and then assemble
the deep fryer again (see Cleaning and
maintenance).
4.
Fill the bowl with oil or fat (see Replacing oil
or fat). The level of the oil or fat must lie
between the ‘MIN’ and ‘MAX’ marks in the
bowl. The maximum quantity is 2.5 liters.
5.
Lower the empty frying basket into the deep
fryer.
6.
Close the lid.
7.
Pull the lock in the handle towards you and
lower the handle (see Figure 2). The frying
basket will be lowered into the bowl.
OPERATION - FRYING
1.
Put the plug into the wall socket and switch the deep fryer on. The green power supply
indicator light will illuminate to indicate that the deep fryer has been switched on.
