UPLOADING AND DOWNLOADING MENUS

You can upload menu data from a specified device that is connected to the system controller, and also download to all devices of the
same type or from devices in a group.

Attention!

This feature will allow the menu settings of all connected devices to be set at the same time.

Note: Some devices may not be compliant with the upload/download feature. Check the instruction manuals of each device for

details.

Example: The upload/download compliant menu for multiplexer MPX-CD163/CD93.

1. LANGUAGE setting

3. VCR SET menu (cancels settings for PROGRAM REC)

2. SUMMER TIME/TIMER setting

4. ALARM SET menu (cancels DURATION settings and individual sensor settings)

Menu Data Upload

Press the MENU button.
Then press the + (or – ) button until “ MENU LOAD” is displayed and
press the ENTER button.

•

The menu upload setting screen appears.

Press the MODE button to select the device (e.g., VR) to upload
menu data from.

The display will change from “MX” (multiplexer)

→

“VR” (timelapse VCR)

→

“CM”

(camera)

→

“DR” (digital video recorder)

→

“MX” each time pressed.

Note: The device selected here will be stored in the memory and next time that

selected device will be displayed first in the device selection item.

Enter the address (e.g., 13) with the numeric keypad.

Press the ENTER button.

•

“M. UPLOAD” appears, and then the data is uploaded.

When the “ M. UPLOAD” display disappears, the mode changes to
download standby mode.

[A] Downloading to all devices

In download standby mode, press the ENTER button.

•

“M. DOWNLOAD” appears, and then the menu data is downloaded to all
timelapse VCRs that are connected.

•

Press the CLEAR button to cancel the download.

When “ Complete” appears, the download is finished.

Press the MENU button to return to the initial screen.
