Setting your Phone’s Security
Changing your Lock Code
You can enter a personal lock code and then
change it as often as you like. To enter a new
lock code:
1.
Press in
the
Security
menu.
2.
Enter a four-digit lock code. This code is
typically 0000 or the last four digits of your
phone number.
3.
Highlight .
4.
Press .
5.
Enter new lock code.
6.
Re-enter your new code.
If you’ve changed your lock code and
forgotten what you changed it to, call
Sprint PCS Customer Care for assistance.
(See page 13 for number).
Storing Special Numbers
This feature allows you to store three
important phone numbers that you would
like access to even if your phone is locked.
To add a phone number to your Special
Numbers:
1.
Highlight .
2.
Press .
3.
Enter lock code.
4.
Highlight .
5.
Press .
6.
Highlight the entry number where you would
like to store the number and press
.
7.
Enter the phone number.
8.
Highlight
.
9.
Press .
