Managing Messaging
Classifying Page/Text Messages
Your Sprint PCS Phone allows you to classify
the received messages into 10 User-defined
Folders. If new messages contain the same
word as the folder name you set, they are
stored into the folder. Each folder can store up
to 200 messages.
Adding a Folder:
1.
Highlight the header of the message, and
press
to view the options.
2.
Highlight .
3.
Press .
4.
Select a folder name from the message,
and press
.
5.
If you want the message to be filed into the
folder automatically, highlight
and
press .
6.
Highlight the ringer type which alerts you
to receive the message, and press
.
Creating a Folder:
1.
Press
of the Navigation key.

Highlight .

Press .
4.
Enter a folder name.
5.
Highlight .
6.
Press .
7.
If you want the message to be filed into the
folder automatically, highlight

. Then Select the Ringer Type.
