Changing the Phone’s Menu Style
Your phone allows you to choose how the main menu appears
on your display screen.
1.
Select
> Options
(right softkey)
> Change View
.

Select
Grid View
or
List View
.
Grid View
to view each main menu item as an animated
single-screen icon. You can select a menu by pressing a
number key. Allocation of menu options corresponds to
that of number keys on the keypad.
List View
to view main menu as a list. Menu option is
numbered and you can select it by pressing the
corresponding number key on the key pad.
Changing the Backlight Time Length
To change the backlight setting:
1.
Select
> Settings > Display > Backlight > Main LCD
.
2.
Select
Dim Only
,
Always On
, or a preset length of time.
To change the keypad backlight setting:
1.
Select
> Settings > Display > Backlight > Key
.
2.
Select
Always Off
or a preset length of time.
Note:
Long backlight settings affect the phone’s talk and standby times.
Power Save Mode
This feature helps conserve your battery power by setting the
Main LCD backlight to “Dim Only”, the key backlight to “Always
Off”, and the Main LCD sleep mode to “after 5 sec.”

> Settings > Display > PWRsave Mode
.

A message appears. Press
OK
(left softkey) to continue.

Select
On
. (Select
Off
to deactivate this feature.)
Changing the Greeting
To display or change your custom greeting:
1.
Select
> Settings > Display > Greeting > Custom
.
