Optical Adjustment
3. Contrast adjustment

Select the internal test pattern signal “All black” from the projector’s menu “Menu -> Setting -> Test pattern”.

Loosen 2 screws

on the glass holders for G-panel.

Turn the lever
B
of polarized glass to obtain the darkest brightness and proper black color uniformity on the
screen.

Turn the lever
c
of optical filter to obtain the darkest brightness and proper black color uniformity on the screen.

Tighten the screws
A
to fix the glass holder.
Repeat steps 2 to 5 for remaining R and B contrast adjustment.
This adjustment should be taken in order of G-panel, R-panel and B-panel.
This adjustment should be taken in the dark room to adjust precisely.
