Optical Adjustment

Integrator-in angle adjustment
Condition: Lamp 2 Mode
(Menu: Setting -> Lamp -> Mode -> 1-Lamp -> Lamp 2)

Remove a shutter assy from the optical unit and disconnect the FPC
cables of the panels.

Turn the projector on with Lamp 2 mode.

Loosen 2 screws

and on the integrator-out and 2 screws

integrator-in (Fig1-1 and Fig1-2).

Insert a slot screwdriver into the slot-

on the integrator-out and dis-
play the color band on the top and bottom of the screen by turning
the screwdriver as shown in Fig,1-1.

Insert a slot screwdriver into the slot-

on the integrator-in and dis-
play the color band on the left and right of the screen by turning the
screwdriver as shown in Fig,1-2.

Tempolarily tighten screws

and loosen 2 screws

on the Integra-
tor-in and turn the Integrator-in left or right by usind the shadow part
of the holder until the edge of the color band becomes clearest.

Tightem screws

to fix the Integrator-in and out unit.
