IC806 and IC807 store the data for the service adjust-
ments, and should not be replaced except for the case
of defective product.
If replaced, it should be performed the re-adjustments
following to the “Electrical Adjustments”.
IC806 stores the data for the white uniformity compen-
sation adjustment. IC807 stores the data for all service
adjustments without IC806 stored.
The lamp life remaining time is stored in the IC807, and
it can be confirmed at the data no. 37 of service mode.
Please note that the lamp life remaining time is reset to
the default value when the memory IC (IC807) is
replaced.
(Lamp life remaining time can not be set to the previ-
ous value.)
●
Caution to memory IC replacement
When IC806 or IC807 is replaced with new one, the
CPU writes down the default data of the service adjust-
ments to the ICs, refer to the service adjustment table.
As these data are not the same data as factory shipped
data, it should be required to perform the re-adjust-
ments following to the “Electrical Adjustments”.
Please note that the lamp life remaining time is reset to
the default value.
●
Caution of Main Board replacement (in the case
IC806 or IC807 is not damaged)
When the main board is replaced, IC806 and IC807
should be replaced with the one on previous main
board. After replacement, it should be required to per-
form the re-adjustments following to the “Electrical
Adjustments”.
In this case, the lamp life remaining time and the white
uniformity compensation data can be kept the value as
before.
