Green Power LED does not turn on. The TV is dead.

For analog signal board:
Is the “5VSTB” working normally?
(see TABLE*1.0)
For digital signal board:
Is the “5V_STBY” voltage on
“K5A Pin8”?
Analog board can not work.
Replace “analog board”.
Unplug(CN2) connector on
Power board. On Power board:
Is the “5VSTB” working normally?
(see TABLE*2.0)
Power board can not work.
Replace “Power board”.
Unplug(K1005) and(K5A) connector
between digital unit and analog unit
Is the “5V_STBY” working normally?
(see TABLE*3.0)
Analog board can not work.
Replace “analog board”.
Replace “digital board”.
While pushing the “power”key
is the 2.9V from “key circuit”
supplied to “K5A Pin18”?
Analog board was broken.
Replace “analog board”.
Digital board can not work.
Replace “digital board”.
