TROUBLESHOOTING
If the unit malfunctions, check out the following before calling for service.
If nothing operates even when switched on
1.
There is a power failure.
2.
The circuit breaker is inactivated.
3.
The unit is not connected to the power supply.
When no key operation is available
1.
The key lock is set in OFF (L 0).
The alarm device is activated
< On start-up >
1.
The temperature in the unit does not match set value.
< In use >
1.
The door was kept opened for a long time.
2.
The temperature setting was changed.
3.
The containers of high temperature (load) were put in the unit.
In these cases, alarm is removed automatically by running the unit for several hours.
When unit does not get cold enough
1.
A large amount of items or warm product was put in the unit.
2.
Air exhaust vent is blocked up with containers.
3.
The unit is in direct sunlight.
4.
The door is frequently opened.
5.
There is a nearby heat source.
6.
Ambient temperature is too high.
7.
The door is not securely closed.
8.
The heat source is put in the unit.
9.
The door seal is damaged or foreign substance is inserted between door gaskets.
DISPOSAL OF UNIT
WARNING
If the unit is to be stored unused in an unsupervised area for an extended period
ensure that children
do not have access and doors cannot be closed completely.
The disposal of the unit should be accomplished by appropriate personnel.
Always remove
doors
to prevent accidents such as suffocation.
