PREPARATION FOR USE
Electrical Connection
• For 120 V units :
MLS-3020U;
The unit should be connected to an appropriate receptacle that is rated 20A or greater.
MLS-2420U;
The units should be connected to an appropriate receptacle that is rated 12.5A or greater.
The receptacle should match the plug on the unit and be equipped with a ground circuit
breaker.
- For 208 V units :
The 208V version models are shipped without a plug on the power cord.
Use the power-plug which is applied CSA C22.2 No.42 or UL498, when the products is
set.
The protective grounding conductor of a power supply cord must be connected to the
contacting member of an attachmentplug.

Settings to match elevation of installation location
• S e t the switch inside the main unit to match the elevation of
the installation location. (When the unit shipped from the
factory, it is set for an elevation of between 0 and less than
500 m.)
• I f the switch setting needs to be changed, ask your dealer to
do it for you.
