ABOUT THE REMOTE CONTROLLER

Preparing the remote controller
The remote controller already contains a lithium battery (CR2025). Pull out the insulation film to start using the
unit.
¡
Do not leave the remote controller in an extremely hot or humid place.
¡
Do not drop any foreign object into the remote controller particularly when replacing the battery.
¡ If you do not intend to use the remote controller for an extended period of time, remove the battery to avoid
possible damage from battery leakage and corrosion.
¡ Spilling water, beverages or solvents onto the remote controller may cause damage. Exercise caution.

Replacing the battery
Under normal conditions, battery will last approximately 1 year. (The service life may be shorter, depending on
the conditions of use.)
When the battery becomes weak, the range of the remote controller becomes shorter.
Replace the battery with a new CR2025 lithium battery.
Use of any other battery may present a risk of fire or explosion.
¡ Be sure to observe the correct polarity when installing the battery.
¡
Do not hold the battery with metallic tweezers, otherwise a short-circuit may occur.
¡
Keep the lithium battery out of the reach of children. Should the battery be swallowed, immediately consult a
doctor.
¡
Wipe the battery with a dry cloth to assure a good contact.
Battery may explode if mistreated. Do not recharge, disassemble, or dispose of in fire.
