1.3 Wiring
Use a 75 Ohm coaxial cable in order to connect the video input of the monitor with the video
output of the camera.
The multi-purpose cable is directly connected to the camera module. Its purpose is to supply
the camera with voltage and leads the video signal to the BNC connector.
The audio connection has no function because there is no built-in microphone.
At the backside of the camera, you will find the PIR-detector and the corresponding control
interface. If you want to use the PIR-module, it has to be supplied extra with power and the
respective contacts have to be configured. The contact configuration and their possible
adjustments are described on the following pages.
