Care and Cleaning
The protective glass is the most fragile part of the thermometer,
and great care must be taken when cleaning the glass. With normal
use, it is not required to be clean regularly unless it is contaminated
by touching or spilling. If this is the case, following the cleaning
procedure:
*
Very gently wipe the glass with cotton cloth or swab, mois-
tened with alcohol (95% isopropyl)
*
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the thermometer display and
exterior. Do not use abrasive cleansers. Never submerge the
thermometer in water or any other liquid
*
Store the thermometer in a dry location free from dust and
contamination and away from direct sunlight
