9. TROUBLESHOOTING

In the event of fault of the UPS system, please refer to the following table to check out the fault 

condition  and  take  corresponding  troubleshooting  measures.  If  the  problems  cannot  be  properly 

handled, please contact Service Center. 

1.    Check that the UPS mains input wiring is correct 

2.    Check that the input voltage is in compliance with the specifications 

 

When you contact the service centre, please provide the following information: 

1.    The model number of the unit and the serial number, which can be found on the rear panel of the 

system frame (or queried from the LCD display) 

2.    The fault state of the UPS system, such as fault code shown on LCD display as well as the LED 

indicators, and complete descriptions of the problem.
