7 Cleaning and care of the unit
Cleaning the brush head and
handle unit
•
Clean the brush head (1) and
handle unit (7) after each use.
Caution
•
Ensure that no water penetrates
the unit.
•
Do not clean the unit in the dish-
washer.
•
Do not use any abrasive cleaning
agents or hard brushes.
•
Remove the brush head (1) from
the handle unit (7) and rinse the
brush head (1) thoroughly under
running water.
•
The handle unit ( 7 ) can be cleaned
with a soft cloth moistened with
warm water.
•
Dry the parts completely.
Cleaning the charging unit
and brush container
Caution
•
The charging unit (2) including
cord (6) and plug (5) must not be
immersed in water and must be
protected from contact with any
kind of moisture.
•
Disconnect the charging unit (2)
from the mains supply.
•
Take the removable brush insert
out of the charging unit (4). Then
you can clean the interior and the
brush insert with a mild cleaning
agent.
•
Clean the charging unit (2) in-
cluding housing (4) and cover (3)
with a slightly damp cloth. Allow
the charging unit (2) to dry com-
pletely before its next use.
•
Use the order number SZA 07 to
order replacement toothbrushes
in packs of 4, medium size.
