System Expansion Capabilities
4.1.1.
System Expansion via SATA Interface
The SBOX-7210 comes with a 7-pin SATA data cable connector and a 15-pin SATA power cable connector. The
interface is SATA 3.0 compatible. Users can expand the system with a 2.5" SATA HDD / SSD drive.
4.1.2.
System Expansion via mPCIe Interface
The baseboard comes with an onboard mPCIe interface connector. The connector is intended to be used to install a
half-sized or full-sized mPCIe WLAN, Bluetooth or combo card.
4.1.3.
System Expansion via M.2 Interface
The baseboard comes with an onboard M.2 interface connector with Key M Type 2280 / 2260 / 2242 support. The
connector is intended to be used to install an M.2 SSD card srive.
