1.
When the battery is charging, it is normal for the charger and battery to
become hot.
2.
If the battery is not to be used for a long period of time, it is recommended
that it be charged at least once every 3 months to ensure that the battery life
is not compromised by reduced use.
3.
A new battery or one that has not been used for a long period of time requires
at least 5 charge and discharge cycles before it reaches its full capacity.
4.
Do not recharge a fully charged battery after only a few minutes of use, as
this will reduce battery life and efficiency.
5.
Do not use the battery if it is damaged and do not disassemble either the
charger or the battery itself.
6.
Do not place the battery near heat sources or expose it to high temperatures
to prevent it from exploding and/or catching fire.
7.
Do not charge the battery outdoors or in humid conditions.
8.
It is normal that as the battery is discharged, the shear's cutting power will
be reduced and it will cut smaller branches than the maximum diameter that
it can cut with a fully charged battery.
9.
Do not use the pruning shears while charging. During charging, the secateurs
must be disconnected from the battery.
10.
Do not store the battery in a humid environment.
LUBRICATION
Caution: Before performing the following operations, remove the battery
from the pruning shears.
If the scissors are used intensively, lubricate the blade at least twice a day, preferably
once in the morning and a second time in the afternoon. To lubricate the blade
properly and effectively, it must be unlocked and opened, and then the following must
be done:
1.
There is an opening on the back of the scissors for filling oil.
2.
Place the spout of the oil container inside the opening and hold the container
upright without turning it upside down while lubricating the blade.
3.
Once lubrication is complete, remove the oil container spout from the
opening.
4.
Use the scissors and check that lubrication has been carried out in the correct
manner.
