This chip select is used to access the Alternate Status Register
and the Device Control Register.
DASP-
I/O This input/output is the Device Active/Slave Present signal in the
master/slave handshake protocol.
DEVADR
I
When driven low (Gnd) the P4 will respond as Master Device.
When pulled high (+3.3V) the P4 will respond as Slave Device.
