Our CS TYPE CHAIN HOIST has been specially designed and tested. So the main body is
especially short, and your operating space is widened. The following the points must be followed
in the operation.
(A) Inspection of clutch:
This hoist is fitted with a safety clutch, so that the motor will
run idle when the hook reaches the upper and lower limits
or the load is excessive. If the limits are reached, the load is
excessive, or the use is frequent, the clutch plate will be
seriously worn and could not withstand the load.
In that
case, loosen the chain and remove the screw (53), open
the gear rear cover (65), and
tighten the nut (59) in it. (See
the illustration on the right. )
(B) Inspection of brake:
1.
When the load stops, the sliding distance of load is too large. (See Chart 1.)
2.
When it is operation, the electromagnetic iron does not produce a suction
sound ''KA''.
(Excessive clearance of brake or trouble of rectifier.)
3.
When the electromagnetic iron attracts, it produces frequent ''beep''. In case
of any one
of the above, please make proper adjustment or replace the parts. (See Chart 2.)
