INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
This roof vent requires a roof opening from 14'' x 14'' (355 x 355 mm) to 15.16 x 15.16in (385 x
385mm).
If you are replacing another type already installed, remove the old existing roof vent. Remove
the old roof sealant around the roof opening. Place the roof vent into the roof opening and trace
a pencil line around it to verify the clean seal area that will be required.
Apply sealant within the area you have traced on the roof with a pencil. Apply it carefully to
avoid gaps that may allow water to enter.
Fasten the roof vent to the roof with 4mm flat head self tapping screws. Note that the roof vent
must be centered in the roof opening with the roof vent open facing the rear of the vehicle. Make
sure the power wires slide to the vehicle interior and do not become entangled.
Apply additional sealant over the screw heads and around the edge of the roof flange.
Measure the thickness of the RV roof. If your roof is thinner or the length of the interior garnish
is too long, the garnish can be trimmed down to fit in your roof opening. Place interior garnish
over fan from inside of the RV. Install the interior garnish securely with provided screws.
Connect the vehicle's 12V power to the two power wires of the appliance.
