4. Alignment and Troubleshooting

4.1.3. Clearing paper jams

NOTE

To avoid tearing the paper, pull the jammed paper out slowly
and gently.

NOTE

Illustrations on this user’s guide may differ from your
machine depending on its options or models.

In tray 1

1) Take off the cassette.

2) Remove the jammed paper by gently pulling it straight

out.

3) Reinstall the cassette.
